瑞芬太尼单次复合异丙酚在无痛人流中的应用

目的观察单次瑞芬太尼复合异丙酚静脉输注用于无痛人工流产的可行性和安全性。方法100例患者,随机分为两组。P组:静推静安2.5mg/kg。PR组:先静推瑞芬太尼1ug/kg之后予静安1.5mg/kg,若术中患者肢体活动剧烈,则追加静安1mg/kg。结果麻醉效果:PR组优于P组。呼吸抑制:P组有4例,PR组有16例。结论单次瑞芬太尼复合异丙酚麻醉有良好的镇痛麻醉效果,既提高了麻醉质量又不因相关设备贵而无法开展。瑞芬太尼呼吸抑制明显,须有严格的呼吸管理。 Objective To observe the feasibility and safety of a single intravenous infusion of remifentanil combined with propofol for painless induced abortion. Methods 100 patients were randomly divided into two groups. Group P: Qujing Jingan 2.5mg / kg. PR group: first intravenous remifentanil 1ug / kg to Jingan 1.5mg / kg, if the limb activity in patients with severe surgery, the additional Jingan 1mg / kg. Results Anesthetic effects: PR group was better than P group. Respiratory depression: 4 in P group and 16 in PR group. Conclusion A single remifentanil combined with propofol anesthesia has a good analgesic and anesthetic effect, which not only improves the quality of anesthesia but also can not be carried out due to the expensive equipment. Remifentanil obvious respiratory depression, there must be strict respiratory management.
