科学合理地评估既有隧道的安全性具有重要的现实意义,是当今隧道界的热门课题。目前隧道的安全性评估理论研究还处于起步阶段,有待于形成完善的理论体系。本文借鉴桥梁成熟的安全性评估理论,在简单评述了盾构隧道衬砌结构的设计方法的基础上,研究了基于设计理论的盾构隧道衬砌结构安全性评估方法,并讨论了评估与设计的不同。通过研究可知:(1)基于设计理论评估既有隧道的安全性可以采用与设计新隧道相近的方法,易于为评估者接受和理解;(2)评估阶段能够获得比设计阶段更为全面准确的有关控制断面、荷载、结构分析以及截面尺寸和材料强度的信息;(3)在评估阶段避免了许多不确定因素,因此评估结果更接近隧道的实际状态。
Scientifically and reasonably evaluating the safety of existing tunnels is of great practical significance and is a hot topic in tunneling today. At present, the research on tunnel safety assessment theory is still in its infancy, and it needs to form a sound theoretical system. This paper draws lessons from the theory of bridge safety assessment. Based on a brief review of the design method of shield tunnel lining structure, this paper studies the safety evaluation method of shield tunnel lining structure based on design theory and discusses the difference between assessment and design . Through the research we can see: (1) The assessment of the safety of the existing tunnel based on the design theory can adopt the method similar to the design of the new tunnel, which is easy to be accepted and understood by the assessors; (2) The evaluation stage can get more comprehensive and accurate Information on control sections, loads, structural analysis and section size and material strength; (3) Many uncertainties are avoided during the assessment phase, so the assessment results are closer to the tunnel’s actual state.
