目的:研究体外培养大鼠视皮层神经元GABA激活电流的特点。方法:用膜片钳记录仪采用全细胞模式记录体外培养大鼠视皮层神经元GABA激活电流。结果:大部分受检细胞可记录到明显去敏感的内向电流,且具有剂量依赖性。IGABA可被足量bicuculline完全阻断。GABAA受体的失敏恢复时间为5min。结论:体外培养视皮层神经元GABA激活电流的特点为探讨视觉形成及其发育机制提供了电生理学依据。
Objective: To study the characteristics of GABA-activated current in cultured rat visual cortex neurons. Methods: GABA-activated neurons in the visual cortex of rats were recorded by patch-clamp recording in whole-cell mode. Results: Most of the tested cells could record obviously desensitized inward current in a dose-dependent manner. IGABA can be completely blocked by sufficient bicuculline. GABAA receptor desensitization recovery time of 5min. CONCLUSION: The characteristics of GABA activation current in cultured cortical neurons in vitro provide electrophysiological basis for exploring the visual formation and developmental mechanisms.
