目的通过调查肺癌患者应用包含植物来源抗肿瘤药的化疗方案进行治疗时出现的不良反应情况,总结分析植物来源抗肿瘤药造成的不良反应的不同。方法调查2007年12月至2008年12月山东省立医院肿瘤化疗科肺癌患者204例,均应用包含植物来源抗肿瘤药的化疗方案,设计调查表,采集信息,进行统计分析。结果通过对治疗肺癌的三种包含植物来源抗肿瘤药化疗方案造成不良反应情况进行比较,得出血液学不良反应TP方案最低(P<0.05),消化系统不良反应EP方案最高(P<0.05),神经系统毒性NP方案最高(P>0.05),心脏毒性TP方案最高(P>0.05)。进一步分析得出血液学毒性中白细胞、血小板及血红蛋白减少发生率NP方案最高(P>0.05),尤其是中性粒细胞减少发生率达61.1%(P<0.05)。非血液学毒性中TP方案脱发、肌肉关节酸痛和心律失常发生率均最高(P<0.05)。结论植物来源抗肿瘤药组成的不同化疗方案,不良反应的发生存在差异应给予足够关注,以减轻或防止其发生,提高患者生存质量。
Objective To investigate the adverse reactions of lung cancer patients treated with chemotherapy regimens containing plant-derived antineoplastic agents and to analyze the differences in adverse reactions caused by plant-derived antineoplastic agents. Methods Totally 204 patients with lung cancer who underwent chemotherapy and chemotherapy in Shandong Provincial Hospital from December 2007 to December 2008 were enrolled in the study. Chemotherapy regimens including plant-derived anti-tumor drugs were used to design questionnaires and collect information for statistical analysis. Results By comparing the three adverse reactions caused by the chemotherapy regimens containing plant-derived antitumor drugs in the treatment of lung cancer, we found that the TP regimen for adverse reactions in hematology was the lowest (P <0.05) and the EP regimen for adverse reactions in the digestive system was the highest (P <0.05) , The highest toxicity of neurotoxicity NP (P> 0.05) and the highest TP toxicity of cardiac toxicity (P> 0.05). Further analysis showed that the hematological toxicity of white blood cells, platelets and hemoglobin reduction rate of NP program highest (P> 0.05), especially the incidence of neutropenia reached 61.1% (P <0.05). Among the non-hematologic toxicity TP regimen hair loss, muscle and joint pain and arrhythmia incidence were the highest (P <0.05). Conclusion Different chemotherapeutic regimens composed of plant-derived anti-tumor drugs should pay enough attention to the occurrence of adverse reactions to reduce or prevent their occurrence and improve their quality of life.
