病例报告患者张××,男,45岁,工人,已婚,住院号75015。因头昏、乏力、怕冷、阳萎、阴毛与腋毛脱落15年,近1月来加重而于1978年5月23日第2次入院。患者于1963年11月底发热住我院内科,诊断“流行性出血热”,经治疗4月余痊愈出院。此后逐渐出现怕冷、头昏、乏力、阳萎、性欲消失、阴茎变小和不能勃起,此后也未生育。怕冷显著,食欲减退,食量减至病前的1/3。头昏,但无昏倒病史。病后胡须、阴毛、腋毛逐渐脱落。疲倦乏力,不能胜任轻度体力劳动,一般工作也不能坚持过久。病后血压下降至80/50左右。睡眠尚好,晒太阳皮肤不见晒黑。近1月来 Case Report Zhang × ×, male, 45 years old, worker, married, hospital number 75015.
