通过理论分析,研制了一种负压式微风速标定装置,并对其在微风速下进行了4种工况的标定试验,试验结果表明:该标定装置的标准风道轴心风速实测值与理论计算值的相对误差均小于1.5%;沿截面实测风速呈轴对称分布,与理论分布一致;装置内所设置的整流金属网,使得标准风道轴心附近(距标准风道轴心≤30mm)任意一点实测风速完全一致,便于微风速条件下风速计的标定。
Through theoretical analysis, a kind of negative pressure breeze velocity calibration device was developed, and the calibration test of four working conditions under the breeze velocity was carried out. The test results show that the measured value and theory of standard duct axial velocity of the calibration device The relative errors of the calculated values are all less than 1.5%. The measured wind speed along the cross section is axisymmetric and is consistent with the theoretical distribution.
