对广州抽水蓄能电站二期球阀密封退投试验所引发的管系自激振动进行了分析,并做了进一步的理论研究,认为发生机组管系振动事故的原因在于机组上游的球阀密封漏水时呈现出的柔性阀门特性。这种柔性阀门特性的形成与密封水的引水方式有关。针对上述分析,提出了改变密封水引水点及加设旁通阀等措施,防止或者消除球阀引起的自激振动事故。特征线法的模拟结果证明了这些措施的可行性。
The self-excited vibration of the piping system induced by the sealed back-drop test of the second-stage ball valve in Guangzhou Pumped Storage Power Station was analyzed and a further theoretical study was made. The reason for the occurrence of the vibration of the piping of the unit was that when the ball valve seal in the upstream of the unit leaked Flexible valve characteristics are presented. The formation of this flexible valve characteristics and sealed water diversion. In view of the above analysis, it is proposed to change the sealing water diversion point and bypass valve and other measures to prevent or eliminate ball valve caused by self-excited vibration accident. The simulation results of the characteristic line method prove the feasibility of these measures.
