近年来,我国小学教师参与式培训在各地逐步得到推广并取得了一定成绩,但其中也存在诸多问题与困难。学术界虽然有所研究,但对现存问题的分析不够深入和全面,对对策及相关理论的研究也还有待深化。通过对四川省部分市、州小学教师参与式培训现状特别是现存问题的问卷调查与访谈等方式的调查研究及相关的文献研究、理论研究,着重分析了我国小学教师参与式培训的现存问题及产生这些问题的原因,提出了解决这些问题的基本原则和具体策略。
In recent years, participatory training for primary school teachers in our country has been gradually promoted throughout the country and some achievements have been made. However, there are also many problems and difficulties in this regard. Although some researches have been made in academia, the analysis of the existing problems is not deep and comprehensive, and the research on countermeasures and related theories needs to be further deepened. Based on the investigation and research on the current situation of participatory training of some primary and secondary school teachers in Sichuan Province, especially the existing problems, questionnaires and interviews, and other relevant literature and theoretical researches, the existing problems of participatory training for elementary school teachers in China are analyzed. The reasons for these problems are raised, and the basic principles and specific tactics for solving these problems are put forward.
