直升机飞行状态下传动系统载荷测量是一种新的测试课题。本文从当前实际情况出发,采用飞行测量的传统方法-应变电测来解决该问题,这是一次大胆的尝试。首先,介绍了应变电测技术。包括应变片工作原理、全桥测量电路、应变片的贴片位置确定等内容;其次,介绍了标定方法及过程。最后,介绍了标定时采用多元回归分析方法得到标定结果满足飞行试验要求;同时对飞行试验实测载荷数据进行了分析及处理,并与XXX传动系统飞行载荷结果进行对比。试验结果表明应变电测方法应用于传动系统测量是可行的,结果是可信的;同时本文提出的传动系统载荷数据处理方法也是合理的,编写的FORTRAN程序也是正确的。
Transmission load measurement in helicopter flight is a new test subject. At the same time, the load data processing method proposed in this paper is reasonable and the FORTRAN program is also correct.
