目的 :探讨工频 X线机高千伏和亚高千伏正常胸部正位片的异同。方法 :取工频 X线机 10 0 k V和 12 5 k V的正常胸部正位片的甲级片各 10 0例 ,测量各评价区的密度值 ,并肉眼观测低密度区的组织分辨率。结果 :在胸片的 11个客观评价指标中 ,右上肺野、主气管、气管分叉、心影、膈下、纵隔、最大反差等 7个指标两组比较差异有统计学意义 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,而在 5项主观评价指标中 ,除气管分叉显示率外 ,其余 4项指标两组比较 ,差异无统计学意义 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 :1亚高千伏胸片肉眼观只在纵隔低密度区效果不如高千伏胸片 ,其他肺野及胸廓等处的肉眼观与高千伏胸片近似 ,亚高千伏胸片在不增加设备的情况下可取得近似于高千伏胸片的肉眼观效果 ;2高千伏胸片在客观评价指标上优于亚高千伏胸片 ,在条件具备时 ,应采用高千伏胸片技术。
Objective: To explore the similarities and differences between high-kV and sub-kilowatts normal chest X-ray machine. Methods: A total of 100 cases of normal chest radiographs were taken from workers with X-ray machines at 10 0 kV and 125 kV respectively. The density of each evaluation area was measured and the tissue resolution of low-density area . Results: Among the 11 objective evaluation indexes of chest radiograph, there were significant differences between the two groups (P <0, P <0, P <0) .0 5). However, among the five subjective evaluation indexes, the other four indexes had no significant difference between the two groups (P> 0.05) except for the bifurcation rate. Conclusion: 1 sub-high kV chest X-ray view of the naked eye in the mediastinal low-density area is not as good as the high kV chest X-ray, other lung fields and thoracic and other naked eye view and high kV chest X-ray approximation, Without increasing the device can be obtained under the condition of the naked eye view of high kV chest X-ray; 2 high-kV chest X-ray in the objective evaluation of indicators superior to the sub-kilowatts chest X-ray, when conditions are met, should be high kV Chest radiography
