为贯彻落实党的十八届四中全会提出的“把法治教育纳入国民教育体系,从青少年抓起,在中小学设立法治知识课程”的战略部署,不少地方先后实现了“法治教育进课程”的目标,使中小学法治教育工作在全国各地落地,并初步取得了成效。但由于种种原因,各级各类学校,尤其是农村小学的法治教育工作却存在着不少问题。学校有必要切实采取有效的措施,真正优化农村小学法治教育效果,提高农村孩子的法治素养。一、农村小学法治教育的问题现状
