为贯彻落实党的十八届四中全会提出的“把法治教育纳入国民教育体系,从青少年抓起,在中小学设立法治知识课程”的战略部署,不少地方先后实现了“法治教育进课程”的目标,使中小学法治教育工作在全国各地落地,并初步取得了成效。但由于种种原因,各级各类学校,尤其是农村小学的法治教育工作却存在着不少问题。学校有必要切实采取有效的措施,真正优化农村小学法治教育效果,提高农村孩子的法治素养。一、农村小学法治教育的问题现状 In order to implement the strategic plan put forward by the Fourth Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee in “integrating the rule of law education into the national education system, starting from young people and establishing a course on knowledge of law and order in primary and secondary schools,” many places have successively implemented the “rule of law Education into the curriculum ”goal, so that education in primary and secondary legal education in the country landed, and initially achieved results.
