目的尝试在团体辅导中通过提高大学生的社交效能感改善大学生的社交焦虑水平。方法对西南大学10名大学生进行了为期8周的社交效能感团体辅导,采用单因素重复测量实验设计,使用交往焦虑量表(IA S),症状自评量表(SCL-90)和社交效能感量表在辅导前后分别进行测定。结果团体辅导后,社交效能感总分及各因子得分均有显著提高;交往焦虑得分明显降低,差异达到极其显著水平;症状自评量表总分及人际关系敏感、抑郁、焦虑、恐怖、偏执、精神病性因子得分有显著差异。结论提高大学生的社交效能感的团体辅导可以有效的改善大学生的社交焦虑水平,进而能够提高大学生的心理健康水平。
Aims Attempt to improve college students ’social anxiety by improving college students’ social performance in group counseling. Methods A total of 10 college students from Southwest University were enrolled in this study. Eighty - one weeks’ social counseling was conducted. The single factor repeated measures design was used. The social anxiety scale (IA S), symptom self - rating scale (SCL - 90) The scale was measured before and after counseling. Results After the group counseling, scores of social efficacy and scores of all factors increased significantly; scores of communicative anxiety decreased significantly, and the differences reached extremely significant level; the total score of symptoms self-rating scale and interpersonal sensitivity, depression, anxiety, terror, paranoid Psychiatric factors score significantly different. Conclusion Group counseling, which can improve college students ’social efficacy, can effectively improve college students’ social anxiety level and improve their mental health.
