“蔚蓝智谷”人才发展战略构想的提出,其目标就是要把宁波建设成为高端人才荟萃、创新要素集聚、创业激情涌动的“类硅谷”人才高地。当前宁波正处于实施创新驱动战略、推进转型发展的关键时期,高层次、创新型人才的引进是应对和解决人才紧缺瓶颈问题的有效路径,也是“蔚蓝智谷”建设的重点突破口。宁波必须进一步优化提升引才理念,不断创新引才路径和方式,着重抓好产业链引才、差异化引才、城市化引才和创新场引才。

At present, Ningbo is in the crucial period of implementing an innovation-driven strategy and promoting the development of transformation. Ningbo must further optimize and upgrade the concept of talent, innovative ways and ways to attract talents, focus on the industrial chain cited talent, talent differentiation, urbanization and talent innovation.
