建立大直径煤层气井机械造穴工具仿真软件对机械造穴工具的设计与研究有着重要意义。通过对ADAMS软件系统的开发,建立了一套机械造穴工具仿真分析软件系统,对建模与仿真、参数化模型、结构优化和工况优化的可视化界面在机械造穴工具的设计过程中的应用做了积极的探索与尝试。介绍内容主要为机械造穴工具的参数化建立及界面设计和模型与界面的数据连接,运用软件工程概念开发机械造穴工具的仿真平台系统,进而利用仿真平台进行优化设计,提高机械造穴工具的设计效率。
