本文采用大规模的车主问卷调查研究了中国消费者对缺陷汽车召回的认识和态度,并针对四个典型召回案例的召回效果分别开展了问卷调查。通过对调查数据的分析和研究,本文总结了我国消费者对缺陷汽车召回的认知情况,并对典型汽车企业的召回效果进行了描述和分析。
In this paper, a large-scale survey of car owners was conducted to study Chinese consumers’ awareness and attitude towards defective car recalls. Questionnaires were also conducted on the recall effects of the four typical recall cases. Through the analysis and investigation of the survey data, this paper summarizes the consumer awareness of defective car recalls in China, and describes and analyzes the recall effect of typical automobile enterprises.
