目的了解高海拔(3 400m)粉尘作业人员的血压情况,以便开展多种干预措施,有效减少高海拔粉尘作业工人的患病风险。方法用标准测量血压方法测量粉尘作业人员血压,并对不同海拔粉尘作业人员血压结果进行统计分析。结果不同海拔粉尘作业人员血压存在显著性差异,海拔(3 400m)粉尘作业人员高血压检出率(25.6%)高。结论高海拔粉尘作业人员血压偏高突出,可能与高海拔缺氧及作业方式有关,为提高生产力,必须制订有效的干预措施预防高血压疾病的发生和发展。
Objective To understand the blood pressure of workers at high altitudes (3 400 m) in order to carry out a variety of interventions to effectively reduce the risk of high-altitude dust workers. Methods The standard method of measuring blood pressure was used to measure the blood pressure of dust workers. The blood pressure of dust workers at different altitudes was statistically analyzed. Results There was a significant difference in blood pressure among workers working at different altitudes. The detection rate of high blood pressure (25.6%) among dust workers at altitude (3 400 m) was high. Conclusion High blood pressure of high altitude dust workers is high and may be related to high altitude hypoxia and operation mode. In order to increase productivity, effective interventions must be formulated to prevent and control the occurrence and development of hypertension.
