目的分析张家口市万全区2015年布鲁氏菌病(简称布病)在不同区域、不同人群、不同职业中的感染情况、数据分析,为本地区预防布病提供科学的参考依据。方法将收集到的检验资料录入Excel 2003数据库,应用描述流行病学方法进行分析。结果 2015年血清学检验1 016人,虎红平板凝集试验阳性342人,阳性率33.66%;试管凝集试验阳性249例,阳性率24.51%。试管凝集试验阳性主要集中在40~69岁之间,占阳性总数的83.53%,男女性别比2.56∶1。病例主要集中在北部山区,发病率0.38%,从事羊屠宰的人员的阳性率最高,为38.13%。结论布病感染以与畜产品接触较多的屠宰、养殖人员为主,提示要进一步搞好畜间免疫,做好高危人群的预防保护,加强人间布病的监测与治疗,迅速控制疫情蔓延。
Objective To analyze the prevalence and data of brucellosis in different regions, different populations and different occupations in 2015 in Wanjia District of Zhangjiakou City, and provide a scientific basis for the prevention of brucellosis in this region. Methods The collected test data were entered into the Excel 2003 database and analyzed using the descriptive epidemiological method. Results In 2015, there were 1 016 serological tests, 342 positive for tiger red plate agglutination test, and the positive rate was 33.66%. The positive rate of coagulation test in tube was 249, the positive rate was 24.51%. Test tube agglutination test positive mainly concentrated in the 40 to 69 years old, accounting for 83.53% of the total positive, male to female ratio of 2.56: 1. The cases mainly concentrated in the northern mountains, the incidence of 0.38%, engaged in sheep slaughtering staff the highest positive rate of 38.13%. Conclusions The brucellosis infection is dominated by slaughtering and breeding personnel who have more contact with livestock products, suggesting that we should further improve animal vaccination, prevent and protect high-risk groups, strengthen the monitoring and treatment of human brucellosis and promptly control the spread of the epidemic.
