本文在对国内已发行的住房公积金贷款证券化产品进行系统梳理的基础上,分析国内住房公积金贷款证券化的模式与特点,并与美国“两房”进行对比,提出在外部增信、监管便利、流动性支持等方面的建议。
Based on the systematic analysis of the domestic public housing loan fund securitization products issued in China, this paper analyzes the pattern and characteristics of the domestic housing accumulation fund loan securitization and compares it with the United States Regulatory convenience, liquidity support and other aspects of the proposal.
