松散煤体热导率及热扩散率受各种因素影响,是研究煤自燃的重要参数,对于同一煤体,其热导率及热扩散率主要与粒径有关。应用改良的瞬态平面热源法,可以同时测得材料的热导率及热扩散率。通过对小粒径煤样及混合粒径煤样的测量,得到热导率及热扩散率的变化规律。结果表明:随松散煤体粒径增大,热导率呈现逐渐减小的规律,热扩散率呈现先减小后增大的规律;在加权粒径相同的情况下,混合粒径煤样热导率及热扩散率受小粒径煤样影响。
The thermal conductivity and thermal diffusivity of loose coal are influenced by various factors and are important parameters to study the spontaneous combustion of coal. For the same coal body, the thermal conductivity and thermal diffusivity are mainly related to the particle size. By using the improved transient planar heat source method, the thermal conductivity and thermal diffusivity of the material can be measured simultaneously. Through the measurement of small particle size coal and mixed size coal samples, the variation of thermal conductivity and thermal diffusivity were obtained. The results show that the thermal conductivity decreases gradually with the increase of the particle size of loose coal, and the thermal diffusivity decreases first and then increases. Under the same weight particle size, Conductivity and thermal diffusivity are affected by small particle size coal samples.
