介绍16×3.00电动自行车轮胎的设计。结构设计:轮胎外直径449.6 mm,断面宽71.4 mm,行驶面宽度79.2 mm,弧度高19.3 mm,胎圈着合宽度68 mm,胎圈着合直径310 mm,断面水平轴位置(H1/H2)0.726,采用块状胎面花纹。施工设计:胎面采用一方一块结构,胎体帘布采用2层1400dtex/1锦纶66浸胶帘布,胎冠帘线角度取46°,钢丝圈采用Φ0.96 mm的19#镀铜回火钢丝,胎圈包布采用2×2帆布,采用半鼓式手工机头成型,120 t×Φ360 mm硫化机硫化。成品室内试验结果表明,轮胎充气外缘尺寸和各项性能均达到设计和国家标准要求。
