目的:为了探讨IFNγ在增强宿主防御沙门氏伤寒菌感染中的作用机制。方法:采用体外细胞培养方法研究了IFNγ对THP1细胞应答沙门氏伤寒菌的调节作用。结果:发现IFNγ显著促进THP1细胞及PMA分化的THP1细胞内化和杀伤沙门氏伤寒菌,并明显增强沙门氏伤寒菌诱导PMA分化的THP1细胞产生TNFα和增强诱导THP1细胞及PMA分化的THP1细胞产生IL12。结论:IFNγ在调节宿主单核吞噬细胞应答沙门氏伤寒菌感染中起着重要作用
Objective: To investigate the mechanism of IFN γ in enhancing host defense against Salmonella typhi. Methods: The in vitro cell culture method was used to study the regulation of IFN-γ on THP 1 cells in response to Salmonella typhi. Results: Found that IFN γ significantly promote THP 1 cells and PMA differentiation of THP 1 cells internalization and killing of Salmonella typhi, and significantly enhanced Salmonella typhimurium induced PMA differentiation THP 1 cells produce TNF @ and enhanced Induced THP 1 cells and PMA differentiated THP 1 cells produce IL 12. Conclusion: IFNγ plays an important role in the regulation of host mononuclear phagocytes in response to Salmonella typhi.
