为解决古汉山煤矿瓦斯抽采浓度低的难题,在分析封孔工艺基础上,研制了一套高效节能的新型便携式四柱塞注浆泵,同时输送2种封孔化学浆液,严格按1:1比例混合。注浆泵输出压力高,排出的高压浆液对钻孔内裂隙充填密实,堵死漏气通道,与传统封孔注浆泵相比,效率高,封孔质量好,所封钻孔瓦斯抽采浓度高,为煤矿瓦斯抽采,提供了一套既安全可靠,又节能环保的封孔机械设备。
