智能电表是现代智能电网的重要终端,可以提供自动化抄表、线损管理、远程费控、电能质量检测、负荷监测、电费服务等多类业务数据的采集。介绍了智能用电信息采集系统总体架构,提出了面向智能电表的用电信息采集系统的业务需求以及各业务对通信的要求,根据需求提出了基于230 MHz的Wi MAX(Worldwide Interoperability for Microwave Access,全球微波互联接入)无线通信系统架构,并通过ns3对其业务的传输时延进行仿真。结果表明,基于Wi MAX的无线通信系统完全满足智能用电信息采集业务需求。对建设未来智能用电信息采集系统具有重要的理论及实践意义。
Smart meters are important terminals in modern smart grids. They can provide data collection for many types of business such as automatic meter reading, line loss management, remote charge control, power quality inspection, load monitoring and electricity service. This paper introduces the overall architecture of intelligent electric power information acquisition system, proposes the business demand of electric power information acquisition system for smart electric meter and the requirements of each business for communication. Based on the requirements, the WiMAX Interoperability for Microwave Access (230 MHz) Worldwide Interoperability for Microwave Access) wireless communication system architecture and simulates the transmission latency of its services via ns3. The results show that the wireless communication system based on Wi MAX fully meets the needs of smart electricity information collection service. It is of great theoretical and practical significance to construct the future smart electricity information acquisition system.
