利用热分析方法(TA)定量地研究了笔者所合成的四种聚酰亚按(PI)液晶取向剂的热分解动力学.通过分析实验所得的热失重(TGA)曲线并结合数学推导,采用C语言编程计算出了PI热分解动力学参数(频率因子、反应级数和热分解活化能).结果表明,PI的热分解动力学参数与其结构密切相关.在此基础上,对于PI在不同使用温度下的使用寿命进行了估算,结果表明,所合成的四种PI均具有优良的热稳定性能,可以满足实际应用的需要.
The thermal decomposition kinetics of four kinds of polyimide (PI) liquid crystal alignment agents synthesized by the author were quantitatively studied by means of thermal analysis (TA). The thermodynamic parameters (frequency factor, reaction order and thermal decomposition activation energy) of PI were calculated by C language program by analyzing the TGA curve and mathematical deduction. The results show that the thermal decomposition kinetic parameters of PI are closely related to its structure. Based on this, the service life of PI at different service temperatures was estimated. The results show that the four PIs have excellent thermal stability, which can meet the practical application needs.
