目的:观察淫羊藿苷对大鼠正畸快速扩弓致牙根吸收的抑制作用。方法:48只雄性Wistar大鼠随机分为A(对照组)、B(单纯扩弓组)、C(扩弓合并用药组)3组。其中A组不扩弓用于空白对照,B、C两组分别在每只大鼠的上颌左右第一磨牙间安装扩弓簧,并以初始50 g的力值连续扩弓21d;扩弓过程中,C组各大鼠每天用淫羊藿灌胃(2.5mg/kg),A、B两组大鼠用相同体积的安慰剂灌胃。21d后,处死所有大鼠并剥离出上颌第一磨牙,用扫描电镜观察牙根表面的吸收状态;同时测量并计算各牙的牙根吸收指数。结果:牙根吸收指数在A、B、C组分别为0.50±0.06、25.12±2.54和3.40±0.48,3组分别两两比较(P<0.05),C组牙根可见大量的新生牙骨质。结论:淫羊藿苷对快速扩弓所致的大鼠牙根吸收有一定的抑制作用,并能促进其修复。
Objective: To observe the inhibitory effect of icariin on root resorption induced by rapid orthodontic expansion in rats. Methods: Forty-eight male Wistar rats were randomly divided into three groups: A (control group), B (simple expansion group) and C (expansion combined group). In group A, no expansion was used for blank control, while in groups B and C, expansion and contraction springs were installed between the first maxillary first molars in each rat, and were expanded for 21 days with an initial force of 50 g. The rats in group C were orally administered with epimedium daily (2.5mg / kg), and the rats in groups A and B were intragastrically given the same volume of placebo. After 21 days, all the rats were sacrificed and the maxillary first molar was dissected out. The absorption state of the root surface was observed by scanning electron microscope. The root resorption index of each tooth was measured and calculated. Results: The root resorption index in group A, B and C were 0.50 ± 0.06, 25.12 ± 2.54 and 3.40 ± 0.48, respectively (P <0.05). There were a large number of nasal cementum in C group. CONCLUSION: Icariin can inhibit the root resorption of rats induced by rapid expansion and promote its repair.
