针对我国现役战机电容式燃油测量系统测量精度低、维护保障问题突出、故障率较高的缺点以及对新型战机发展的需要,采用嵌入式设计理念构建基于STM32微处理器的燃油计算机,实现对燃油系统的综合管理。首先提出了核心处理板+外围电路的燃油计算机的总体设计方案,然后重点阐述了基于STM32微处理器的核心处理板和基于CPLD的信号转换板、继电器控制信号输出板的外围电路的硬件设计,编写了自动液面控制、CPLD串口通信和429总线数据收发的应用程序;最后给出了系统的实物图并对其进行了测试。测试结果表明,燃油计算机设计是可行的,该燃油计算机的构建将对提高燃油测量精度和系统维护保障性具有十分重要的现实意义。
In view of the low measurement precision, the problem of maintenance and protection, the high failure rate and the need of the development of new type fighter in our country’s active type fighter capacitive fuel measurement system, the embedded design concept is used to build a fuel computer based on STM32 microprocessor, System of integrated management. First of all, the paper presents the overall design scheme of the fuel computer with core processing board and peripheral circuit. Then it mainly elaborates the hardware design of the core circuit board based on STM32 microprocessor and the signal conversion board based on CPLD and the peripheral circuit of relay control signal output board, Prepared an automatic liquid level control, CPLD serial communication and 429 bus data transceiver applications; Finally, the physical map of the system is given and tested. The test results show that the design of the fuel computer is feasible. The construction of the fuel computer will be of great practical significance to improve the fuel measurement accuracy and system maintenance.
