目的观察弹性髓内钉结合高压氧治疗儿童长骨骨折的疗效。方法高压氧组16例采用弹性髓内钉结合高压氧治疗,对照组15例仅采用弹性髓内钉治疗,比较观察两组的治疗效果。结果高压氧治疗结束后立即检测,高压氧组治愈率为67%,对照组为41%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。高压氧组的疼痛肿胀减轻时间、早期活动时间、下地时间和治愈时间分别为(3.3±0.8)d、(11.6±3.7)d、(15.2±3.2)d和(48.1±6.8)d;而对照组为(13.5±2.6)d、(16.2±3.8)d、(26.4±5.3)d和(61.5±12.6)d。高压氧组的疼痛肿胀减轻时间、早期活动时间、下地时间和治愈时间均明显短于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论弹性髓内钉结合高压氧对儿童长骨骨折进行治疗,能够明显提高治愈率,缩短疼痛肿胀减轻时间和早期活动时间、下地时间,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To observe the effect of elastic intramedullary nails combined with hyperbaric oxygen on long bone fractures in children. Methods In the hyperbaric oxygen group, 16 cases were treated with elastic intramedullary nail combined with hyperbaric oxygen. In the control group, 15 cases were treated with elastic intramedullary nail only. The therapeutic effect was compared between the two groups. Results After the hyperbaric oxygen treatment was finished, the cure rate in hyperbaric oxygen group was 67% and that in the control group was 41%. There was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). The durations of pain relief, early activities, down time and healing time in hyperbaric oxygen group were (3.3 ± 0.8) d, (11.6 ± 3.7) days, (15.2 ± 3.2) days and (48.1 ± 6.8) days, respectively The group was (13.5 ± 2.6) days, (16.2 ± 3.8) days, (26.4 ± 5.3) days and (61.5 ± 12.6) days, respectively. Hyperbaric oxygen group of pain swelling reduce time, early activity time, time and cure time were significantly shorter than the control group, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Elastic intramedullary nail combined with hyperbaric oxygen in the treatment of long bone fractures in children can significantly improve the cure rate, shorten the pain and swelling reduction time and early activity time, lower ground time, worthy of clinical application.
