在海洋油气开采中需要用到高技术含量的钢丝绳作为系泊系统用钢丝绳,而优质海工钢丝绳用盘条的研发决定着钢丝绳的生产及油气开采成本。从化学成分、索氏体化率、片层间距、晶粒大小以及脱碳层厚度等方面对国内外超高强度镀锌盘条进行对比分析,找出其力学性能差异的原因,为海工钢丝绳用超高强度镀锌盘条的开发提供依据。结果表明:盘条B索氏体化率为88.75%,平均片层间距为150 nm,晶粒度级别为7.1,其综合性能最好,抗拉强度为1358 MPa,断面收缩率为42%。
In offshore oil and gas exploration, high-tech steel wire ropes are needed as ropes for mooring systems. R & D of high quality marine wire ropes determines the production of wire ropes and the cost of oil and gas exploration. From the chemical composition, sorbite rate, lamellar spacing, grain size and decarburization layer thickness and other aspects of ultra-high-strength galvanized rod at home and abroad were compared to find out the reasons for the difference in mechanical properties for the marine Wire rope with ultra-high strength galvanized wire rod to provide the basis for the development. The results showed that the sorbite conversion rate of wire rod B was 88.75%, the average lamellar spacing was 150 nm and the grain size grade was 7.1. The comprehensive performance was the best, with a tensile strength of 1358 MPa and a reduction of area of 42%.
