通过对曲拉式抽油机的工作原理,就其节能问题进行分析。曲拉式抽油机的工作原理是滑轮组和柔性的钢丝绳将电机的旋转运动转换成抽油杆的上下往复直线运动。通过与老式驴头式抽油机的比较说明本机的节能性,具体方面是:1)滑轮组的效率损失,减速器的效率损失,皮带传动的效率损失等;2)不同的机构的工作效率;3)构件本身结构特性影响;4)电机的效率损失。从以上四点得出曲拉式抽油机的节能原理。
Through the working principle of the karaoke pumping unit, the energy saving problem is analyzed. The working principle of the karaoke pumping unit is that the pulley block and the flexible steel wire rope convert the rotational movement of the motor into the up-down reciprocating linear motion of the sucker rod. Through the comparison with the old donkey-head pumping unit, this machine is energy-saving. The specific aspects are: 1) the efficiency loss of the pulley block, the efficiency loss of the reducer, the efficiency loss of the belt drive, etc .; 2) the work efficiency of different mechanisms ; 3) the structural characteristics of the component itself; 4) the efficiency loss of the motor. From the above four points to draw the energy-saving principle of the pumping unit.
