本文研究了一些α—取代萘中不同取代基对萘环~1H和~(13)CNMR化学位移的影响,发现随取代基电负性和取代基特性常数的不同,各个位上~1H和~(13)C的化学位移变化范围不同,从而对化学位移与取代基电负性及取代基特性常数之间的规律性进行了探讨。 实验结果表明,用~1H和~(13)CNMR化学位移可鉴别萘衍生物的价键状态、化合物的结构及取代基的性质。
In this paper, the effects of different substituents on naphthalene ring ~ 1H and ~ (13) CNMR in some α-substituted naphthalene were investigated. It was found that with the change of the electronegativities of substituents and the constants of substituents, (13) The chemical shifts of C vary in different ranges, and the regularity between the chemical shifts and the substituent electronegativities and substituent constants is also discussed. The experimental results show that the chemical bond of ~ 1H and ~ (13) CNMR can be used to identify the valence state of naphthalene derivatives, the structure of the compounds and the nature of the substituents.
