调查显示,环境因素在肿瘤发生中起重要作用,有人提出“环境癌”的概念,并认为约占癌症总数70％～80％的肿瘤是可以预防的。膳食与营养在诸多与癌症有关的环境因素中占重要地位。
Surveys have shown that environmental factors play an important role in tumorigenesis. Some people put forward the concept of “environmental cancer” and believe that tumors that account for about 70% to 80% of total cancers can be prevented. Diet and nutrition play an important role in many cancer-related environmental factors.
