在Nb-18Ti-14Si-4.5B合金表面采用包埋渗法进行硅化物涂层制备,包埋渗保温温度选取1100℃C保温时间2.5、5、7.5 h,1200℃C保温5 h。研究了基体中B对涂层组织和形成机理的影响,并考察涂层在1250℃C氧化20 h的抗氧化性能。结果表明,氧化后涂层没有脱落,NbSi_2涂层未完全消耗;基体合金的氧化膜完全脱落,其氧化增重明显高于涂层的氧化增重。
In the Nb-18Ti-14Si-4.5B alloy surface embedment method for silicide coating preparation, embedding infiltration temperature selected 1100 ℃ C holding time 2.5,5,7.5 h, 1200 ℃ C insulation 5 h. The effect of B on the microstructure and formation mechanism of the coating was investigated. The oxidation resistance of the coating at 1250 ℃ for 20 h was also investigated. The results show that the coating does not peel off after oxidation, and the NbSi2 coating is not completely consumed. The oxide film of the base alloy is completely peeled off, and its oxidation weight gain is obviously higher than that of the coating.
