提出了一种在普通车床上使用的冷旋压工艺,主要用于提高不同外径尺寸纯铜回转类零件的表面硬度。为了满足零件表面硬度≥100 HB的要求,对不同旋轮径向进给量的纯铜硬度梯度曲线进行了研究。
A cold spinning technology used in ordinary lathe is proposed, which is mainly used to improve the surface hardness of pure copper rotary parts with different outer diameters. In order to meet the requirements of the surface hardness of parts ≥100 HB, the pure copper hardness gradients of different radial feed rates were studied.
