目的 :研究扫雷艇高强度交变磁场对机体全身暴露的影响。方法 :模拟扫雷艇主机舱高强度 (5 0mT)磁场环境 ,使兔和大鼠全身暴露 2 8d(2~ 4h/d) ,实验结束后立即同步测试暴露组与对照组的兔血清生化指标、兔血液中红细胞免疫功能和大鼠体内神经肽含量的变化。结果 :4h/d暴露组兔血液中肿瘤红细胞花环率显著高于对照组 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,2h/d暴露组也有升高趋势 ;2h/d暴露组大鼠血浆内AVP含量显著高于对照组 (P <0 .0 1) ) ,4h/d暴露组也有升高趋势 ;两个暴露组大鼠垂体内AVP含量均显著高于对照组 (P <0 .0 5或P <0 .0 1) ;其它指标无显著变化 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 :5 0mT高强度交变磁场全身间断暴露 2 8d对血清生化指标和红细胞免疫功能未见不良影响 ,似可提高红细胞免疫粘附肿瘤细胞能力 ,但可引起机体血浆和垂体内AVP含量增加 ,导致痛阈升高和焦虑样反应。
Objective: To study the effect of high intensity alternating magnetic field of minesweeping craft on systemic body exposure. Methods: The high strength (50 mt) magnetic field of the main cabin of the minesweeper was simulated to expose the whole body of rabbits and rats for 28 d (2-4 h / d). The serum biochemical indexes of the exposed group and the control group were simultaneously tested immediately after the experiment. Changes of Erythrocyte Immune Function in Rabbits Blood and Content of Neuropeptides in Rats. Results: The erythrocyte rosette rate in the blood of 4h / d exposure group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P <0.05), and also increased in the 2h / d exposure group. The plasma AVP level in the 2h / d exposure group was significantly (P <0.01), and also increased in 4h / d exposure group; AVP content in pituitary of rats in both exposure groups was significantly higher than that in control group (P <0.05 or P < 0 .0 1); no significant change in other indicators (P> 0.05). CONCLUSION: The intermittent exposure of 50mT alternating magnetic field for 28d has no adverse effect on serum biochemical parameters and erythrocyte immune function, which may increase the ability of erythrocyte to adhere to tumor cells, but cause the increase of AVP in plasma and pituitary, Lead to increased pain threshold and anxiety-like response.
