黑色素斑-胃肠道多发性息肉综合征,首先由Peutz于1921年详细记述了这一病症,继之由Jeghers于1949年叙述,故又称Peutz-Jeghers综合征(P-J氏综合征)。我院今年收治一例,现报告如下。临床资料患者,女性,31岁,住院号160588。因接触性出血两年于1986年9月13日入院。患者曾先后两次在当地医院宫颈取活检,病理诊断为宫颈息肉。该患者自幼出现口唇黑色素 Melanosis - Multiple polyposis syndrome of the gastrointestinal tract, first described by Peutz in 1921, followed by Jeghers in 1949. It is also known as Peutz-Jeghers syndrome (P-J syndrome). Our hospital received one case this year. The report is as follows. Patients with clinical data, female, 31 years old, hospital number 160588. He was admitted to hospital on September 13, 1986 for contact bleeding. The patient had taken a cervical biopsy twice at a local hospital and his pathological diagnosis was a cervical polyp. The patient developed lip melanin
