2007年上海港集装箱吞吐量首超2600万TEU,跃居世界第二。这一历史性的突破,标志着上海国际港务集团股份有限公司(以下简称上港集团)在从传统老港、大港走向现代化国际强港的进程中,已跨上了一个新的高度,站上了新的起点。随着上港集团“三大战略、四大板块”格局的日趋清晰与成熟,在加快推进上港集团各项工作中,人力资源、人才队伍短缺的矛盾却显得尤为突出,迫切需要建设一支适应集团快速发展的高素质技能型人才队伍,从而推进上海港又好又快发展。
