用硅酸盐-磷酸盐的复合溶液体系对6063铝合金进行微弧氧化,获得颜色均匀的黑色陶瓷膜。研究了添加剂(C_6H_(12)N_4)对膜层的表面形貌、成分、组织结构、黑度、附着力、粗糙度和耐蚀性的影响。结果表明,添加剂使微弧氧化膜层黑度增加,膜层均匀性和附着力显著提高,粗糙度降低,但膜层的相组成不变,均为γ-Al_2O_3和Al_(86)V_(14)。含添加剂的体系获得的微弧氧化膜层在3.5%NaCl溶液中的腐蚀电流密度相比无添加剂的体系获得的黑色膜层有很大程度的降低。
The 6063 aluminum alloy was micro-arc oxidized by the silicate-phosphate composite solution system to obtain a uniform color black ceramic membrane. The effects of additives (C_6H_ (12) N_4) on the surface morphology, composition, microstructure, blackness, adhesion, roughness and corrosion resistance of the films were studied. The results showed that the additives increased the blackness of the MAO coatings, the uniformity and adhesion of the MAO coatings significantly increased, and the roughness decreased. However, the phase composition of the coating did not change, which were both γ-Al_2O_3 and Al_ (86) V_ (14) ). The corrosion current density of the MAO coating obtained in the additive-containing system in 3.5% NaCl solution is greatly reduced compared to the black coating obtained in the additive-free system.
