本文测定了白血病人红细胞变形能力（RCD）及红细胞膜谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶（GSHPx）活性和唾液酸（SA）含量。结果表明：与对照组比较，RCD明显降低；红细胞膜GSHPX活性变小和SA含量明显减少（P＜0．05）。这些变化可使红细胞寿命缩短。
In this study, the red blood cell deformability (RCD) and erythrocyte membrane glutathione peroxidase (GSHPx) activity and sialic acid (SA) content of leukemia were measured. The results showed that: compared with the control group, RCD significantly decreased; erythrocyte membrane GSHPX activity became smaller and SA content was significantly reduced (P <0.05). These changes can shorten the life of red blood cells.
