光電制導武器與光電偵測設備在現代戰争中顯示出驚人的作戰威力。隨着光電兵器的發展,光電對抗,如各種光電干擾機、曳光彈(誘餌彈)、光電假目標、烟幕及激光致盲式干擾機等,在紫外、可見光、紅外及激光頻譜内廣泛地展開。光電對抗在現代戰争中是重要的戰鬥力,但是一個新興的領域;而且在特定的國家内,光電對抗的某些方面可能走在其相應的對抗對象的前面。因此,如何既經濟又有效地評估光電對抗的作戰效果則成為目前各國極為關心又較難解决的問題。評估的方法有三種:實戰演練、半實物仿真及計算機仿真。其中,

With the development of optoelectronic weapons, photoelectric countermeasures such as various types of photoelectric jammers, tracer bombs, photoelectric false targets, smokescreens and laser blinding jammers have been widely carried out in the ultraviolet, visible, infrared and laser spectrums. Photoelectric confrontation is an important combat force in modern warfare, but an emerging field; and in certain countries, some aspects of the photoelectric confrontation may be ahead of their respective counterparts. Therefore, how to evaluate the combat effectiveness of the optical countermeasure both economically and effectively has become a matter that is extremely concerned and difficult to be solved by all countries at present.
