韩国的“医闹”现象屡禁不止,给韩国的医护人员造成很大的伤害。为了保护医护人员的人身安全,也为了严惩医闹,韩国近日出台了新的法律,只要患者或家属张口骂医生,就可视为“医闹”行为,就会遭到严厉的处罚。韩国《医协新闻》发表的调查数据显示,2015年,96.5%的医生表示遭到过患者或家属施暴、辱骂及恐吓,比2010年上升了10个百分点。很多医疗人员表示,患者施暴大多是因为对治护方法或结果不满
South Korea’s “medical trouble” phenomenon has been repeatedly banned, causing great harm to medical and nursing staff in South Korea. In order to protect the personal safety of medical staff and also to punish severely doctors and nurses, South Korea recently promulgated a new law. As long as patients or their families openly accuse the doctors, they can be regarded as “medical trouble” and will be severely punished. According to survey data released by the Korea Medical Association News, in 2015, 96.5% of doctors said they had been violently abused, verbally abused and threatened by patients or their relatives, an increase of 10 percentage points over 2010.
