建筑和建材是关系到国计民生的重要支柱产业。我国是建材生产大国,但实际上很多高档建材却严重依赖进口,原因就在于高能耗、高资源消耗、档次低、高污染,而且功能少或单一、与环境的协调性差。面对资源和环境对我国经济发展的严峻考验,政府各部委近年来颁布了各项政策法规以引导建材行业的健康可持续发展。 Construction and building materials are important pillar industries that are related to national economy and people’s livelihood. China is a big producer of building materials, but in fact a lot of high-grade building materials are heavily dependent on imports, because of high energy consumption, high resource consumption, low grade, high pollution, and less or single function, poor coordination with the environment. Faced with the severe test of resources and environment for the economic development of our country, various government ministries and commissions promulgated various policies and regulations in recent years to guide the healthy and sustainable development of the building materials industry.
