重组日本血吸虫26kDa GST抗原诱导水牛产生抗体及减少排卵的初步观察

目的 观察rSjc2 6GST抗原诱导水牛产生特异性抗体水平以及排卵数量的减少。  方法  2 0头水牛随机分为两组 ,每组 1 0头。试验组免疫rSjc2 6GST抗原 ,对照组注射佐剂 ,攻击感染日本血吸虫尾蚴后 ,定期检测抗rSjc2 6GST抗体、粪检虫卵和毛蚴。  结果 水牛免疫rSjc2 6GST抗原后 1个月 ,产生抗rSjc2 6GST抗体 ,至 1 2个月一直维持较高水平。试验组水牛感染后 50~ 90d,粪便EPG和MPG几何均值明显低于对照组 ,但在 1 0 0d以后两组的EPG和MPG均逐渐降低 ,至 330d均为 0。结论 水牛免疫rSjc2 6GST抗原后能产生特异性抗体 ,维持较高水平至 1 2个月 ,在感染后 3个月内有显著的减卵效果 ,此后排卵量逐渐下降至阴性 Objective To observe the level of specific antibody induced by rSjc2 6GST antigen and the decrease of ovulation number. Methods Twenty buffaloes were randomly divided into two groups (10 in each group). The experimental group was immunized with rSjc2 6GST antigen, and the control group was injected with adjuvant to challenge the infected Schistosoma japonicum cercariae. The anti-rSjc2 6GST antibody, fecal semen eggs and miracidia were detected regularly. Results The anti-rSjc2 6GST antibody was raised one month after immunization of rSjc2 6GST antigen in buffalo, and remained high until 12 months. The average geometric mean of EPG and MPG of feces was significantly lower than that of the control group after 50 ~ 90 d after buffalo infection in the experimental group, but the EPG and MPG of the two groups gradually decreased after 0 ~ Conclusion Buffaloes immunized with rSjc2 6GST antigen could produce specific antibodies, maintained at a high level for 12 months and had significant ovulation reduction within 3 months after infection, and the amount of ovulation gradually decreased to negative
