目的:观察软肝化坚颗粒对肝纤维化模型C57小鼠肝组织病理的影响。方法:60只C57小鼠被随机分为6组,即正常对照组、正常软肝化坚颗粒组、模型对照组、模型软肝化坚颗粒低剂量组、模型软肝化坚颗粒高剂量组和模型秋水仙碱组,每组10只。采用四氯化碳腹腔注射制造小鼠肝纤维化模型。计算肝脏指数,用光学显微镜观察肝脏病理组织变化并进行肝组织炎症和纤维化评分。结果:模型软肝化坚颗粒低剂量组、高剂量组以及模型秋水仙碱组小鼠肝脏指数及肝组织纤维化评分均明显低于模型对照组,P<0.05。此外,模型软肝化坚颗粒高剂量组小鼠肝纤维化评分及炎症评分均明显低于模型软肝化坚低剂量组及模型秋水仙碱组,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:软肝化坚颗粒对实验性肝纤维化有一定的预防和治疗作用。
Objective: To observe the effects of Ruanghujianjian Granule on the liver histopathology of hepatic fibrosis model C57 mice. Methods: Sixty C57 mice were randomly divided into six groups: normal control group, normal soft liver capsule group, model control group, model soft liver and liver solid granules low dose group, model soft liver and liver solid granules high dose group And model colchicine group, 10 in each group. Mouse liver fibrosis model was made by intraperitoneal injection of carbon tetrachloride. The liver index was calculated, the histopathological changes of the liver were observed with a light microscope, and liver inflammation and fibrosis scores were evaluated. Results: The liver index and hepatic fibrosis score of model mice treated with Ruanjian Hujian Granules in low dose group, high dose group and model colchicine group were significantly lower than those in model control group (P <0.05). In addition, the mice model of liver fibrosis high-dose soft liver fibrosis score and inflammation score were significantly lower than the model of soft liver fibrosis and low-dose group colchicine group, the difference was significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: Rougan Huajian Granule has certain preventive and therapeutic effects on experimental liver fibrosis.
