先有独董陆家豪因郑白文造假案而遭罚,现有新疆屯河独董魏杰、杜厚文……掀起独董辞职潮,更为甚者伊利独董愈伯伟惨遭罢黜一案。笔者认为,尽管新一轮的中国独董事件又一次触痛了独董制度的短处,但这实非缘于制度之不挺,而缘于独董之不独也,以至于独立董事制度的有效性还未真正地体现出来。 The first independent director, Lu Jiahao, was fined for Zheng Baiwen’s fraudulent case.
