校本课程是学校课程的重要组成部分,创造性地开发校本课程,可以丰富课程结构,增添办学的特色和亮点。教学实际中,校本课程实施起来有困难。老师经验不足,对做什么、怎么做没有底。教育部门对老师的要求也没有具体衡量标准。在评估和晋职称时,看的还是文化课的成绩,与校本课程没有关系,因此出现了教师消极对待、简单应付的局面,校本课程的实施大打折扣,甚至被文化课占用了时间。
School-based curriculum is an important part of the school curriculum. The creative development of school-based curriculum can enrich the curriculum structure and enhance the characteristics and highlights of running a school. In practice, school-based curriculum is difficult to implement. The teacher lack of experience, what to do, how to do without end. There is no specific measure of education teacher demand. In assessing and promoting academic titles, we can see that the performance of a cultural class is not related to the school-based curriculum. Therefore, teachers have been treated negatively and dealt with simply. The implementation of school-based curriculum has been greatly reduced and even time has been taken by the cultural class.
