在我国的教学制度中,高中阶段的知识学习任务是最为繁重的一个时期,无论是文科还是理科,学科知识的深度和复杂程度都要比九年义务教育所囊括的知识内容深得多,因此,学生的精神始终处于紧绷状态,不利于他们身心的健康发展。而体育课程的开展则给予了他们一个放松自我的空间,在心情放松的同时活跃学习思维,为学习效率的提升打好基础。结合自身教学实践经验,就高中体育课程实践作出了分析。
In China’s teaching system, the task of knowledge learning in high school is one of the most arduous periods. Whether it is liberal arts or science, the depth and complexity of subject knowledge are much deeper than those covered by nine-year compulsory education. Therefore, The spirit of students is always in a state of tension, which is detrimental to the healthy development of their physical and mental health. The physical education curriculum gives them a space for self-relaxation, while learning to relax in the active thinking, lay the foundation for the improvement of learning efficiency. Combined with its own teaching practice experience, it analyzes the practice of high school physical education curriculum.
