随着经济的发展和社会的进步,世界正在步入一个消费者主导的时代,任何品牌都要接受消费者的选择,不仅服务要让消费者满意,产品更要让消费者满意。而产品的满意就要在了解消费者需求的基础上,对消费者进行细致而全面的掌握,从而针对消费者进行产品的设计与开发。现在随着整个市场呈细分趋势,小而美的产品越发受到人们重视,加之服装本身是非常细分的产业,差异化就变得越来越重要。因此对消费群的细分研究也很值得关注。 With economic development and social progress, the world is entering a consumer-led era.
