强化核与辐射安全监管战略地位刚刚过去的2011年,对核与辐射安全监管来说,是非同寻常的一年.年初,日本福岛核电站核泄漏事故让核与辐射安全监管事业处于重要而特殊的历史节点上.岁末,三次重大会议、三份重要文件为核与辐射安全监管事业跨过节点、步入新的发展阶段吹响了号角.
