某炼油厂冷冻装置的一条液氨工业管道投产于1997年5月,管道规格为φ133×6mm,材质为20号钢,设计压力1.4MPa,设计温度120℃,总长度为50m,该管道为装置的重要管道。由于液氨的特殊性,为了充分保障管道的安全有效运行,对该管道进行了一次全面检验,发现由于外保温层损坏、冲刷等原因造成管件局部严重减薄的部位有4处。根据管道全面腐蚀情况分析,笔者对重点部位进行了测厚检验,结果见表1,除了表1的4处腐蚀情况严
