研究以“紫秋”刺葡萄、“湘酿1号”刺葡萄为试验材料,通过嫩枝扦插、硬枝扦插,环割母枝压条及茎段解剖观测,探究刺葡萄枝条的生根能力。结果发现:刺葡萄枝条生根能力弱,嫩枝扦插保绿时间为2~6 d;硬枝扦插中1 000 mg/L的吲哚丁酸(IBA)处理能有效促进生根,两个刺葡萄品种的生根率分别为60%、57.67%;环割“紫秋”刺葡萄母枝压条试验中,1 000 mg/L的IBA可有效促发生根;通过对比刺葡萄与“夏黑”、“红宝石”无核葡萄的解剖结构,发现刺葡萄疏导组织发育程度低于对照无核葡萄,这可能是导致生根困难的原因。
